Why I started Charm
When I started Charm, I didn't want to create a place that was only about getting your nails done.
I wanted somewhere I would genuinely enjoy spending time myself — beautiful but comfortable, professional without feeling formal, and somewhere you could trust the quality without having to think twice about it.
Over the years, Charm has grown, our services have grown, and many of the people who first came through our doors have become familiar faces. But the idea behind it has stayed surprisingly simple: do good work, care about the details, and make people feel good while they're here.
