BOOKING, SERVICES, WARRANTY & REFUND
 
							At CHARM NAIL BAR, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services and ensuring your satisfaction. To help you understand our policies, we’ve outlined our terms and conditions regarding bookings, services, warranties, and refunds.
					 1. MEDICAL CONDITIONS DECLARATION OBLIGATION 
							
			
			
		
						
				- Self Medical Declaration: Before any treatment, please inform us of any relevant medical conditions or allergies that could influence your service. This ensures we can tailor our treatments to your needs. If no information is provided during the booking process or before the service, we will assume your health condition is satisfactory for the services to be provided.
- Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to decline any treatment if, in our professional judgment, it may pose a risk to your health or safety based on the information provided or observations made by our therapists.
- Medical Advice: We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before undergoing spa treatments, especially if you have underlying health concerns.
					 2. BOOKING & CANCELLATION TERMS 
							
			
			
		
						
				- How to Book a Service: You can schedule an appointment through our website or by contacting our team directly
- Confirmation by Us: All booking requests must be confirmed by one of our agents to be valid
- Booking Extension Time: Without instructions from you, bookings are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled time
- Booking Changes: If you need to modify your appointment, please notify us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time
- Booking Cancellation: To cancel your appointment, inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Multiple late cancellations may be treated as “no-shows
- No-Show Policy: If you miss an appointment without proper cancellation notice (at least 24 hours prior), we may not be able to accept future reservations but will welcome you on a walk-in basis
					 3. USE OF OUR SERVICES AND TREATMENTS 
							
			
			
		
						
				- Guidelines: Please adhere to our spa’s rules and guidelines during your visit.
- Range of Services: We offer a variety of services, including massages, facials, nail treatments, lash services, and waxing.
					 4. WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY 
							
			
			
		
						
				- A. Issue Reporting: If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform our Customer Care Attendant or on-duty Manager before making payment. Due to the nature of our business, all complaints must be addressed immediately during or right after the service. Complaints made after this period will not be considered, except for cases covered under our warranty policy.
- B. Service Removal & Refund: If an issue cannot be resolved in the salon, the service/product will be removed, and the bill will be voided. However, if you choose to keep the service or product, the full amount remains due.
- C. Refund Method: Refunds, if agreed upon after payment, will only be issued in the form of a voucher valid for 2 years at any CHARM NAILS BAR location. We do not offer cash, bank transfers, or any other refund methods.
					 5. WARRANTY POLICY 
							
			
			
		
						
				We do not provide warranties on services except for the following cases:
- Gel Polish, Shellac & Nail Extensions: A 7-day warranty covers craftsmanship issues such as peeling or lifting. We will repair or replace the affected nails with the same color. Any changes in design or color will incur an additional fee. The warranty does not cover intentional damage, misuse, or self-removal. Do not alter or remove the product yourself, as it will void the warranty. Please report issues as soon as possible so we can arrange a fix at your convenience.
- Lash Extensions & Lash/Brow Lifts: By making payment, you confirm your satisfaction with the style, fullness, and shape of your lashes or brows. In rare cases of allergic reactions, redness or irritation may occur within 24 hours. If symptoms persist beyond 48 hours, we will offer a free removal and a refund, provided the removal is done at our salon within the 48-hour timeframe. If you are unable to return, a medical certificate dated within 48 hours of the service is required for a refund.
					 6. LIABILITY 
							
			
			
		
						
				- Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. Please keep your belongings secure during your visit.
- Limitation of Liability: Our spa is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use of our services or products, except where required by law.
